Her time to shine: Kate Hudson dazzled in gold at the LACMA inaugural Art + Film Gala looking happy with her fiance, Muse front man Matt Ballamy
It's hard to believe that just four months ago, Kate Hudson gave birth to a baby boy.
But in true Hollywood fashion, the A-list actress is already on her way to getting her pre-baby body back.
The 32-year-old beamed as she walked the red carpet hand-in-hand with her fiance, Muse front man Matt Bellamy, at the LACMA inaugural Art + Film Gala.
The event honoured legendary director Clint Eastwood and artist John Baldessari at the he Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA).
Kate showed off her svelte figure in a shimmering gold, strapless mini-dress, showing off her toned legs and shoulders.

Did you hire the same stylist? Actresses Zoe Saldana, Camilla Belle and Evan Rachel Wood sported very similar gold and black dresses
She paired the glittery number with copper-coloured heels which matched her eyeshadow and her trademark golden locks were tousled slightly.
The couple, who are parents to Bingham Hawn Bellamy, had scrubbed up well since earlier when they were spotted strolling the streets of LA in the rain.
Olivia Wilde also stood out in a plunging red gown with floral detailing at the front.

She had smokey make-up which brought out her dramatic blue eyes.
And it appears the museum was the place to be last night with dozens of glammed-up stars showing their face.
But three young actresses may have been left red-faced after turning up in very similar attire.
She's all white: Kate Beckinsale shined in a white, strapless maxi-dress, clinched at the waist with a gold belt. She was joined by her director husband Len Wiseman
Sack the stylist! Uma Thurman got it terribly wrong in this unflattering black and white number which hid her curves and looked not unlike blankets draped over her body

Zoe Saldana, Camilla Belle and Evan Rachel Wood, all donned gold and black patterned dresses with tassles.

She paired it with strappy heels and completed the look with her hair pulled back into a tight bun.
She's enchanting: Amy Adams, pictured with her husband Darren Le Gallo, wore a pale pink, diamante-encrusted gown which perfectly complemented her skin tone
Loved up: English actress Emily Blunt and her actor husband John Krasinski, who married in Italy last year

It was a night for the couples: The Social Network actor Armie Hammer and his TV presenter wife Elizabeth Chambers and actor Chris O'Donnell and his wife Caroline
And it appears Uma Thurman could have used her advice last night.
Suffering a rare fashion mishap, the actress wore an unflattering black and white number which hid her curves and looked not unlike blankets draped over her body.
Comedian Amy Poehler also got it very wrong in a dated, pink leopard-print silk number which hugged her curves in all the wrong places.
Was there a theme? Olivia, Zoe and Evan each donned smokey eyes for the event
Also at the event was funny man Will Ferrell, The Social Newtork actor Armie Hammer and actor Chris O'Donnell.
The event was co-chaired by Hollywood heavyweight Leonardo DiCaprio and LACMA trustee Eva Chow and was about celebrating the art of the moving image.
Proceeds from the gala will be used to support LACMA’s initiative to make film more central to the museum’s curatorial programming.
Before the event, the museum's chief executive Michael Govan said: 'Los Angeles is the hub of the film industry.
'It's also now one of the most important centers in the world for contemporary art.
What an opportune time to bring these two globally important creative communities together at LACMA, acknowledging motion pictures’ increasingly significant place in the whole history of art.
'We are most indebted to Leonardo DiCaprio and Eva Chow for their outstanding leadership in this effort, and for their help in honoring two remarkable creative forces, Clint Eastwood and John Baldessari.'
Eva added: 'Supporting LACMA’s Art + Film Gala is essential to our ambitious goals for film at the museum.
'I am thrilled to sit on LACMA’s Board with many highly respected film industry leaders and to co-chair this important fundraiser with Leonardo DiCaprio, whose support for this initiative is so critical.
'We are looking forward to an incredibly exciting evening, including fabulous entertainment and a special dinner prepared by world-renowned chef Joachim Splichal.
I am certain that everyone who attends will have an amazing time.'
