For a woman who makes a living on her smouldering looks, it came as something of a surprise to see Kim Kardashian today looking far from her usual glamorous self.

The reality star was snapped arriving to a photoshoot without a scrap of make-up, complete with wet, unstyled hair.

Kim, 30, was wearing a purple top teamed with some rather unflattering form-fitting jeans, which clearly displayed her ample bottom.

She completed her casual look with strappy heels and hid behind a pair of large sunglasses as she made her way into a Los Angeles studio today for a photoshoot.

No doubt, hair and make-up would have been her first point of call.

Next month the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star will wed her fiance Kris Humphries.

The socialite is now back in LA following her weekend bachelorette party in Las Vegas where she partied the night away in Tao nightclub.

On her reality show on Sunday, Kim revealed that she is suffering from the skin condition psoriasis.

As a result the reality star gets an angry red rash, first on her legs, that soon spreads all over her body.

Speaking on the show she said: 'My career is doing ad campaigns and swimsuit photo shoots.

'People don't understand the pressure on me to look perfect.'

'When I gain a pound, it's in the headlines. Imagine what the tabloids would do to me if they saw all these spots?'

The hereditary disease was passed down to Kim from her mother Kris Jenner.
