Which is why Nicole Scherzinger's physical prowess is unsurprising, even when she leaps for joy when her last remaining contestant on the X Factor manages to keep his place.

The singer, 33, excitedly jumped on to Josh Krajcik when it was announced that he would be going through to the next round.

Josh managed to keep a hold of Nicole and she kicked her legs up in the air unable to contain her joy at the results.

Wearing a pair of thigh-high boots and a sparkling playsuit, Nicole beamed after hearing that Josh would remain in the competition.

Josh and the rest of X Factor's Top 7 paid tribute to Michael Jackson on this week's live show, which saw appearances from the Jackson clan.

The Ohio native performed a guitar-led version of the King Of Pop's Dirty Diana.

LA Reid told him that it was the first time he'd ever really stepped out of his comfort zone, while Paula Abdul described it as a "showstopping performance" and said Josh always raised the bar.

However, Simon Cowell was on hand to deliver his typically cutting criticism.

He said the singer was "over-produced" and "got lost in the choreography", suggesting that the performance had been envisioned by Scherzinger rather than her contestant.

Nicole snapped back: 'Simon, unlike how you mentor some of your contestants, we like to take risks on this show.

'Michael is so inspiring, we feel him in our veins. He is powerful, dangerous and bold and that's what Josh Krajcik did this week and I'm so proud of him.'

She later added on Twitter: 'Josh rocks I'm so proud of him! He didn't play it safe. He's BAAD! (sic)'

But Cowell showed he can give it out but can't take it when he got up out of his chair and stormed off set when his act Drew was sent packing.

The pair recently revealed that they are open to a collaboration in the future.

During a Q&A session with fans on U-Stream Nicole said: 'Musically that would be really cool in the future to look at [but] let's work at hitting it out of the park every single week and then when we get to that place that will be easy and fun for us to do.

'He obviously is a rock star and I've got a lot of rock in my soul and spirit so that would be an easy collaboration. We could have Slash with us as well!'

But today 27-year-old Khloe bravely ventured out in public minus her make-up.

The reality star - who is married to NBA star Lamar Odom - was spotted heading for a personal training session at a Los Angeles gym.

In the unforgiving daylight, Khloe looked tired and a somewhat bloated as she went to meet her instructor.

Khloe was dressed casually in full black workout gear.

As she drove off, she afforded herself some cover by hiding behind a pair of large sunglasses.

Apparently, she doesn't take the same approach as sister Kim - who always turns up for her workouts with her polish in place.

Between her fitness regime and shooting her own show, Khloe has also found time to congratulate her sister Kourtney, who is pregnant with her second child with boyfriend Scott Disick.

The couple announced their happy news yesterday and Kourtney's sisters Kim and Khloe have been quick to pass on their congratulations.

Today the 27-year-old singer and actress stepped out with her pregnant sister Jessica - who nurtured her maternal side by doting over her cute little nephew Bronx.

Jessica, 30, who is pregnant with her first child, poured her burgeoning figure into a low-cut patterned dress as she carried the three-year-old tot.


Bronx looked cute in a pair of tweed trousers and a hat while his mother Ashlee went for a high-necked black ensemble with a colourful patterned collar.

No doubt Ashlee will be a great support for her sis and will be able to help her with mothering and pregnancy tips.

Ashlee spilt from her husband Pete Wentz earlier this year - but the couple are still on good terms and share parental duties with their son.

But speaking about her pregnancy glow she remarked: 'People always say that pregnant women have a glow,' she told People. 'And I say it's because you're sweating to death.'

The 23-year-old So You Think You Can Dance champion has reportedly undergone several surgical procedures including a nose job, lip enhancement and, just this summer, a breast enlargement to enhance her bust two cup sizes, from a B to a D.

With her blonde locks and perma-tan, Lacey is practically unrecognisable from the petite brunette of 2009.


Lacey, who partnered Chaz Bono, Cher's transgendered son, on this season of DWTS, recently went under the knife for a hush-hush boob job.

Having long faced criticism over her figure, Lacey, who said she was 'happy' to have an athletic build instead of a model shape, couldn't be more thrilled with her latest look US Magazine reported.

Bono, who was joined by dancing partner Lacey Schwimmer, 23 , for the interview said he felt particularly attacked by Bruno Tonioli, 55 , who compared him to the flightless bird.

He said: 'If you want to critique my dancing and give me some constructive advice so I can try to improve the next time that I'm there, that would be great.

The comedy favourite certainly seemed to be enjoying himself as he filmed scenes with the glamorous single starlet in New York today.

No doubt self-styled intellectual Olivia will have loved filming this particular scene, as she is a massive fan of books.

Indeed, she even changed her second name from her family moniker Cockburn to pay tribute to flamboyant Irish author and playwright Oscar Wilde.

No doubt romantic comedy fans are eagerly awaiting the release of The Longest Week, which comes out next year.

It follows the antics of Conrad Valmont, an aimless young man who lives a life of leisure in his parents' prestigious Manhattan hotel.

His life is changed forever however in the span of one week, in which he finds himself evicted, disinherited and end up falling in love.

Most heavily pregnant women would feel satisfied with their outfit if it earned them a seat on the tube.

But for celebrities, things are a little different.

Mums-to-be want someone to look up to during their pregnancy, and it seems that Beyonce Knowles is the perfect role model.

The singer, actress and fashion designer - who is due to give birth in February - has topped a poll of celebrities most pregnant women respect and whose style they want to copy.


The glamorous star received 35 per cent of the votes, with mums claiming that her down to earth personality and modest way of dressing means they can relate to her more.

Respondents also claimed that they will often buy a magazine or look for Beyonce’s pregnancy outfits online for ideas on how to dress with sophistication and style as their baby bump grows.

Following closely behind Beyonce is Irish beauty and Saturday’s band member Una Healy with 28 per cent.

Mothers think the 30-year-old’s sense of style, and attitude towards her pregnancy, is a shining example for all mums-to-be.

Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden received 20 per cent of the vote. Mums love her maternity wear and how good she is at looking after her daughter.

Following Amanda, with 14 per cent of the votes, is Jennifer Garner who - with the help of celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe - has kept her pregnancy attire fashionable and effortless.

Other stars who made the poll were Hollywood A-listers Jessica Simpson, Maggie Gyllenhaal and singer Sophie Ellis Bextor.

A spokesperson from fashion retailer Josoblu.co.uk, who commissioned the survey, said: 'Considering Beyonce is one of the most glamorous women in the world and constantly appears in best dressed lists, it is only fitting that she tops the poll for fashionable mums to be.

'Even though this is her first pregnancy it hasn’t stopped Beyonce rocking the highest heels or sparkly numbers – it proves to women that pregnancy can be stylish.

'That choice can be limited for mums to be – the key for them is to find some great pieces that they can mix and match – but most of all feel comfortable in as their bump grows.'
