His (ex) best friend: Dog Whisperer Cesar Millan has reached a divorce settlement with his wife Ilusion

It seems The Dog Whisperer star Cesar Millan has been handed a slice of ruff justice by his former wife.

For he has agreed to pay his spouse of 16 years Ilusión a lump sum of $400,000.

In addition he will pay her a further $23,000 per month in spousal support and another $10,000 per month in child support for their two sons.


However it seems the 42-year-old Mexican-born star, who famously tamed Will Smith's dog, can afford it, as it emerged he earns $170,000 a month.

Cesar will get one very important thing in return - her silence.

The court documents, which were seen by TMZ, reveal she will keep any 'intimate, personal and/or private information about the other party ... including details of their personal and/or sexual relationships' confidential.'

In addition, it was stated any 'photograph, film, videotape, recording ... which is not commercially available' must remain private.

Quite what the nature of this mystery material is was not explicitly stated in the documents.

Millan and Ilusión decided to bring their marriage to a close in June 2010.

At the time the pair insisted that they 'remain caring friends and are fully committed to the co-parenting of our two boys.'

Now Willow Smith has opted to for a somewhat more rocky Mohawk style.

Fans can hardly keep up with the tomboy pop star, aged 11, she is constantly setting a new trend and stepped out this afternoon sporting the new do for the first time.


She has been sporting pink hair since the Kids' Choice Awards last month but her short back and sides are an update to the style.

While most mothers would have some serious punishment lined up if their pre-teen child came home with a bonnet of unnaturally coloured tresses, Jada Pinkett-Smith didn’t seem to mind her daughter’s wacky look.

The other half of actor and rapper Will Smith seemed more than accepting of her famous family member’s role as a fashion icon.

While Willow, teamed her short style with skinny jeans, chunky biker boots and a blue and black checked oversize shirt - Jada displayed a similarly edgy style.

'There is a tutor most of the time, but usually I am working so I never get to do the lessons,' she told The Sunday Times. 'The worst thing about maths is all the kids are ahead of me because they go to school.'

They were once the darlings of TV talent judges with a strong friendship played out for all to see.

But now Simon Cowell's former pal Cheryl Cole is reportedly plotting her own sweet revenge on her ex boss after it was revealed in an unauthorised autobiography earlier this week the he had secretly wanted to sleep with her all along.

The Girls Aloud star was allegedly so disgusted by the revelations, she is plotting her own tell-all book about the music mogul.


Cheryl, 28, has branded her former friend 'creepy' for wanting to hit on her during their time on The X Factor judging panel.

Cowell, 52, has been rocked by a series of scandals this week after it was revealed investigative journalist Tom Bower has written a tome about the record boss.

In snippets from the book, Sweet Revenge: The Intimate Life of Simon Cowell, the TV judge reportedly told Bower of his true feelings for Cheryl.

He said: 'I would have liked an affair with Cheryl. I felt like a mouse being played by a beautiful cat. She would drop her eyes and play the soulful victim to get around me. She played me.'

His comments are said to have outraged Cole and is said to be working on her own book, to be released by Harper Collins in November, revealing all of her thoughts about him.

The Sunday Mirror claims Cole reportedly told a friend: 'How could he embarrass me like this? He was an uncle figure to me and to think all along he was trying to hit on me. It's disgusting and creepy.'

And the revelations this week have reportedly 'hardened her up and made her realise it's time to answer her critics once and for all'.

Bower's book, which was serialised in a tabloid this week, has claimed Cowell enjoyed bringing in Cheryl to the X Factor judging panel, shortly after he'd ended his reported affair with Dannii Minogue.

And Cole was reportedly completely unaware of his crush on her.

The singer is also said to be planning to open up about her own previous relationships in her autobiography.

And she will take aim at Cowell again, who reportedly convinced her to go through with her divorce to husband Ashley Cole.

A source added: 'Simon not only offered her a warming shoulder to cry on, but handed her numbers for respected divorce lawyers, persuading her to get rid and push forward with her career. Yet now she wonders: did he have a vested interest?'

It is also claimed Simon pushed her to split up with dancer Derek Hough when they started dating last year, and insisted it would hurt her career if she continued the relationship.

The latest news comes after Cheryl and Simon hit a rough patch last year when Cole was unceremoniously dumped from the US version of The X Factor.

Following the sacking, Cheryl reportedly claimed their friendship was over.

And she has been infuriating her former pal even more as she started tweeting about his rival programme from The Voice on Twitter last night.

She wrote: 'I don't think my heart can take much more of this battle business..
Everyone is so talented.. #thevoiceuk is giving me anxiety lol.'

She then added: 'How do you choose ?? :/ #thevoiceuk,' and again: 'Oh my.. #thevoiceuk.'

She's shifting the onus of her movie career towards producing, so perhaps Nicole Kidman is striving for a less glamorous appearance.

If that's the case, the 44-year-old certainly achieved this for her red carpet appearance at the Nashville Film Festival at the Regal Green Hills Cinemas today.

The mother-of-four was joined by Famke Janssen, Carrie Preston, and Beth Grant for the discussion on The Evolution of Women Behind the Camera.

Nicole has completed work behind the camera as a producer on her film Rabbit Hole, as well as the Selena Gomez and Leighton Meester flick Monte Carlo.

But she'll have to get back into glamorous mode for her next acting role.

Kidman is set to play screen siren and princess, Grace Kelly in new film Grace of Monaco.

She's in advanced negotiations to play the iconic new film in Oliver Dahan's planned £10 million production, according to industry bible Variety.

Grace of Monaco is set between December 1961 and November 1962 and shows Kelly living as a mother-of-two and wife to the monarch of Monaco.

It will show the former Oscar-winning actress six years into her role as Princess Grace and tackles the part she played in saving the principality from a bitter battle with France.

Posh Rover: Victoria Beckham unveils her exclusive 'baby' Range Rover Evoque in Beijing to woo communism's super-rich

Putting her fashion stamp on cars: Victoria Beckham has unveiled a new 'baby' Range Rover Evoque in Beijing, China

Victoria Beckham has designed and launched a special new limited edition ‘baby’ off-roader bearing her name and aimed at well-heeled customers who think the standard Range Rover Evoque just isn’t posh or bling enough.

It also aims to woo the super-rich and growing middle class of Communist China where the first models will be sold.

And with a price tag of £80,000 - or around double the cost of the equivalent standard Evoque – buyers will pay heavily for the privilege of owning one of just 200 exclusive 4x4s created by the former Spice Girl, dubbed ‘Posh Spice’, who is married to international soccer star David Beckham.

The special edition styling was created by Mrs Beckham in collaboration with Land Rover whose bosses asked her: ’Tell us what you want, what you really, really want.’

And the finished product was unveiled by her in Beijing on Sunday on the eve of the city’s Auto China motor show which begins officially on Monday. It has attracted major luxury car firms from around the globe – from Rolls-Royce and Bentley to Ferrari an Lamborghini - to the world’s biggest and fastest growing car market.

The Beckham-styled 4X4 comes nearly two years after she was asked by Land Rover bosses to design a special edition Evoque when she unveiled the original car to the world at a gala event in Kensington Palace in July 2010.

Given her fashion background and the fact that the Beckham family have owned a series of top of the range and bespoke Range Rovers and other Land Rovers – including a mini replica for their children – this made her well placed for the job, they reasoned.

Land Rover said the Beckham name is a significant ‘brand’ across the world and especially in booming new markets like China, India, Russia and Brazil, so they wanted to capitalise on her award-winning fashion and lifestyle prowess to capture new customers. She won the coveted Designer Brand of the Year award at the 2011 British Fashion Awards.

As the cover’s came off the four-seater luxury off-roader coupe in Beijing, Land Rover’s design director Gerry McGovern suggested that the understated styling might surprise many: ‘Those of you expecting something pink will be disappointed,’ he said.

Instead, the ‘baby’ off-roader is painted in a ‘stealth grey’ matt exterior paint which contrasts with high-gloss piano-black exterior detailing. It has specially designed 20 inch gloss-black forged alloy wheels with discrete rose gold accents which make them appear to be spinning like four continuous thin golden bands when the vehicle is in motion.

The rose-gold highlights inside and outside the car take their inspiration from the colour and shape of a favoured man’s large-faced 400 Daytona Rolex watch which she often wears on her slender wrist.

She has even specified soft and deep-pile luxury mohair floor mats to reflect childhood memories of taking off her shoes to run her own bare feet through the shag-pile carpets of her father’s Rolls-Royce.

At the launch in Beijing Victoria Beckham said: ‘I am very excited to be working with Land Rover as I have an enormous amount of respect for the brand. I’ve always driven a Range Rover, for me they are the epitome of quality and luxury.

‘When I first started working with the team I did a lot of research, and created mood boards to show the team my love of timeless and classic design. I looked at yachts, luxury jets and classic cars.’

She said that when she was a young girl, her father owned a Rolls-Royce and she would enjoy taking her shoes off to sink her bare feet into the thick carpeting.

Land Rover’s designers replicated this for her by using mohair, usually reserved for luxury clothing, to make the mats: ’It's the small detail that makes all the difference.

'I want everyone who gets into this car to feel special and empowered by its quality and craftsmanship. I like that it feels luxurious but also has quite a classic edge to it as well as a contemporary feel.’

Inside, the seats are covered in a soft, vintage tan leather taking inspiration from a baseball glove and with baseball-style stitching as a ‘tongue in cheek’ reflection of the Beckham’s sporty Californian lifestyle in the US.

The dashboard features the exclusive rose gold-plated interior highlights, including on air-conditioning knobs. There is a bespoke four-piece Victoria Beckham leather luggage set, with her name on each of the zipper handles. New interior trim materials including gloss black lacquers and veneers, textured aluminium and soft-feel black paint.

A hand sown leather wallet for owners’ manual is signed by Victoria Beckham. But other than that, nowhere else does her name appear.

Land Rover Design Director Gerry McGovern said: ‘Working with Victoria we quickly recognised our similar design tastes and ambition for this car. For example at the first meeting, Victoria herself inspired the use of rose gold. She was wearing dark clothes and no jewellery apart from a rose gold, man’s watch.

'I was struck by the juxtaposition of the masculine watch on a very elegant, feminine wrist. We both agreed it was the ideal way to introduce a softer touch to the bold, assertive exterior colour scheme.’

He added: ’Throughout the process we were keen to ensure that the vehicle would appeal equally to both men and women.

In fact Victoria always maintained that she wanted her husband David to be proud to drive this car. ‘

Coventry-born Mr McGovern said: 'Working with Victoria the intention was not to change the fundamental architecture and award winning design of the Range Rover Evoque. We wanted to create a Special Edition that extends its character in a new direction through understated, restrained colour and detail changes.

Mr McGovern said: ’ ‘Cars and celebrities are nothing new. But for us, this is not about celebrity endorsement. She owns and drives our products. We’re not giving them to her.’

He said: ’She’d be the first to admit she’s not a car designer. She’s a fashion designer. She’s established herself in her own right in the fashion world.

Also on the small team was Land Rover colour and materials designer Mel McWhirter, 38 – swiftly dubbed ‘Mel M’ - from Leicester, who said: ’I couldn’t believe it when they told me I’d be working with Victoria Beckham. I told all my friends and they all asked if I could get them one of her dresses.

'We’re about the same age and I remember listening to her singing in the Spice Girls. Who’d have thought we’d end up working together on cars.’

The Evoque ‘baby’ off-roader is built at Jaguar Land Rover’s Halewood factory on Merseyside with the hand-crafted Beckham touches hand-finished by the firm’s ‘Engineering to Order’ division. It is powered by a 2.0 litre Si4 petrol engine linked to a 6-speed automatic gear-box that propels it to a top speed of 135 mph and allows it to sprint from rest to 60mph in just 7.1 seconds.

It has all-wheel drive and Terrain Response system which adapts to different road and off-road surfaces.

The Evoque has won more than 100 international awards and was last week named ‘Women’s World Car of the Year’ by an international jury of women motoring writers.

By giving an explosive interview the model, famed for her penchant for plastic surgery, became the first woman to turn the tables on Cowell, by doing a kiss and tell on his private life.

Douvall said she decided to come forward about their illicit affair after being effectively missed out of Cowell's unauthorised biography Sweet Revenge.

And she's gone into in depth detail about their time in bed together during a candid chat with The Sun today.

Alicia, who first met Cowell at a hotel bar in 2001, told the paper: 'On the third of fourth date we ended up doing it 11 times in one night...

'We started having sex and went on through the night. We slept a little bit in between but only for a few minutes.'

The 32-year-old also spoke out claiming the TV judge liked her to dress 'really tarty' when they went out on dates.

And she claims he liked to rate her bedroom performances as if he was on the panel of one of his talent shows.

She added: 'Every time we had sex he would analyse my performance just like a judge on the TV and say how there could be an improvement next time.'

But her relationship with the 52-year-old music mogul reportedly ended around six months later when Simon tired of her like an 'old toy'.

And she soon became his 'Ten to Eleven girl' when he'd ring her at around 10.50pm if he was ever lonely on his own at night.

Alicia, who has previously dated Simply Red's Mick Hucknall and actor Dean Gaffney, said she has had sex with Cowell about five times since they parted ways.

And she has insisted she's not surprised his engagement to Mezghan Hussainy has fallen through because he always told he he wasn't the 'marrying type'.

Her revelations come in the same week an unauthorised autobiography about the music boss has started to leak.

He told TMZ Live that he feels 'not gentlemanly at all' as details of the yet-to-be released book continue to make headlines.

He also claimed it is not his style to 'kiss and tell' but had spent some time with Bower and added: 'When you are with someone for a long time, they do get stuff out of you.'

Cowell says he decided to let Bower have personal access to him after taking advice from his pal Bernie Ecclestone, who was also the subject of an unauthorised Bower book.
